Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to oversee and perform technical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

You will handle work orders, coordinate make-readies for leasing, and uphold Greystar's high-quality community standards while maintaining safety and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe-use knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose problems and repair per safety standards.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders from residents and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee the make-ready process for vacant units, inspect, schedule vendors.
• Set cleanliness/appearance standards for grounds, buildings and interiors.
• Inspect others’ work and contractors; take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and stay within budget.
