Zusammenfassung

Greystar is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure indoor/outdoor spaces, amenities, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality at our Georgia-aligned properties.

You will handle work orders, assist with make-ready tasks for vacants, enforce Greystar quality standards, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining budget and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related field.
• Must provide own hand tools and operate safely with power tools and equipment.
• Ability to apply logic to diagnose and fix issues.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Process and complete work orders from resident requests.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins.
• Set maintenance standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas to meet Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance tasks and assist in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Lead safety meetings and stay compliant with OSHA and related laws.
• Provide courteous service to residents and respond to inquiries with urgency.
