Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring indoor/outdoor spaces meet quality and safety standards. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support make-ready for leasing.

A strong focus on residents, safety, and cost efficiency is essential. The role requires high school diploma or GED, experience in property maintenance, and safe use of tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools safely and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and performs routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and building exteriors to meet Greystar standards.
• Inspects work, ensures quality, and implements corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintains inventory of parts and materials and assists in budgeting for repairs.
