Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor to lead property upkeep and resident services.

You will own your role, respond to service requests, supervise maintenance tasks, and support preventative maintenance including pool and exterior lighting. A plumbing license or certification is required or preferred, with EPA/CPO a plus.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
