Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Garrett Gateway community in Fort Myers, FL. You will handle resident requests, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to a clean, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
