You will lead shift teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and partner with leadership to drive reliability and performance. Ideal candidates have hands-on supervision experience in a food manufacturing setting, strong coaching skills, and a commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in leading, training, and motivating teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong documentation abilities.
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day workflow and ensure production stays on track.
• Set priorities, goals, and timelines aligned with operational success.
• Coach and develop team members to boost performance.
• Oversee timekeeping and personnel records with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot equipment and personnel issues to minimize downtime.
• Act as the link between frontline teams and upper leadership.
• Create and deliver performance reports to drive results.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
