Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance at our Louisville, KY manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive reliability improvements while partnering with Production and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance activities or serving in a lead, foreman, or similar leadership role.
• Previous experience supervising and developing maintenance employees.
• Experience working in a union manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and equipment reliability principles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing maintenance tasks within area of responsibility.
• Partner with Production and Engineering to identify root causes and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and participate in incident investigations.
