Qualifications

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment with solid mechanical and industrial skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of machine controls and automation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare work schedules, assign work and oversee the work product.
• Mentor, coach and counsel maintenance personnel.
• Ensure maintenance safety procedures and OSHA/NEC compliance.
• Coordinate parts changes with Production and prioritize workload.
• Negotiate with vendors for complex parts fabrication and service.
• Maintain maintenance shop in a clean, safe condition and manage PM schedules.
