Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Archer Apartments in Athens, GA. The role oversees the facilities program, ensures timely completion of service requests, and leads the Facilities Team to maintain asset value and compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in facilities maintenance, CPO and EPA certifications, and proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office. Weekend on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance required.
• CPO and EPA certifications required.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Oversee the preventative maintenance program and capital projects.
• Lead the Facilities Team members and participate in recruiting, hiring, and development.
