Spring Hill, Tennessee is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant safety, housekeeping, and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience and an engineering/technical background.

You will troubleshoot equipment, supervise multi-trade teams, and coordinate preventive maintenance to meet production quality targets. The role requires reading blueprints, strong math skills, and proficient use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Ideal: 5–7 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead plant safety and housekeeping standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Supervise maintenance and construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and planned maintenance activities.
• Train, develop, and evaluate employees.
• Maintain production schedules and quality requirements.
• Work with internal and external teams to resolve maintenance and operational issues.
• Complete projects within budget, staffing, and timing requirements.
