Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of experience, strong leadership of mechanics and electricians, and CMMS proficiency in an automated manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety and process control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• 10+ years of experience required.
• Technically savvy and able to lead mechanics and electricians in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Structured troubleshooting and root-cause problem solving.
• Maintenance planning and CMMS proficiency.
• Industrial safety and process-control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily machine-repair work and set priorities to support production.
• Supervise hourly UAW skilled-trades employees including mechanics and electricians.
• Organize manpower based on production needs and coordinate resource availability.
• Order parts from the warehouse and complete required documentation.
• Act as communication link between Production and Maintenance and direct repair priorities.

Our Client, an Automotive company, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their Spring Hill, TN location.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Battery Assembly building.
• Supervises hourly UAW skilled-trades employees, including mechanics and electricians, and serves as the direct communication link between Production and Maintenance.
• Key responsibilities include directing daily machine-repair work, organizing manpower based on production needs, supporting improvement projects, coordinating electrician and mechanic resource availability, ordering parts from the warehouse, and completing required documentation.
• Directs repair priorities and organizes trades resources around production needs; acts as the communication link between Production and Maintenance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
