Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader / Maintenance Supervisor in Spring Hill, Tennessee to support the Battery Assembly building. This role supervises hourly UAW skilled-trades employees, directs daily machine-repair work, organizes manpower and coordinates resources between Production and Maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), 10+ years of experience, and proven leadership in an automated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• 10+ years of experience required.
• Lead mechanics and electricians in an automated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily machine-repair work and organize manpower based on production needs.
• Support improvement projects and coordinate electrician and mechanic resource availability.
• Order parts from the warehouse and complete required documentation.
