Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• Trained in skilled trades area or equivalent technical training.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance supervision.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
• Experience supervising multi-trade workforce.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and fix them promptly.
• Support plant in achieving safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
• Maintain schedules and ensure quality requirements.
• Train, develop, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to solve problems.
• Plan and execute planned maintenance activities.
