Job summary

Stella-Jones seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for its Fayetteville, Tennessee plant. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate maintenance activities, and champion safety to improve reliability and efficiency.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will develop PM/PdM schedules, manage spare parts, and collaborate across departments and contractors to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising a unionized workforce is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and coordinate maintenance activities and projects.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly PM and PdM maintenance plans.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and safety stock for critical equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and contractors to resolve issues.
• Track downtime, costs, and KPIs to improve reliability and safety.
