Windward Long Point Apartments in Mount Pleasant, SC, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team. You will direct staff, manage contractors, and oversee preventive and capital maintenance efforts, while delivering quality service to residents.

This role reports to the General Manager and requires coordinating budgets and ensuring timely project completion. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor and 4 years in property management or

Qualifications

• 2 years as Maintenance Supervisor; 4 years property management or multifamily experience.
• HVAC & pool certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
• Experience with maintenance equipment and tools.

Responsabilités

• Direct maintenance staff and contractors; oversee preventative and capital maintenance programs.
• Schedule turnover of units and ensure timely work orders and repairs.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets in coordination with General Manager.
