Five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
Create work orders using CMMS.
Evaluate work performance and enforce company policies.
Monitor employees and contractors to ensure safety and company policies are followed.
Communicate maintenance-related activities and equipment statuses to the manager teams.
Perform periodic reports, keep records, and evaluate employee performance.
Monitor and schedule outside service
