Job summary

TAS Energy, a Houston-based company, is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance of our facility, lead a team of technicians, and drive reliability across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, enforce safety standards, and work with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize operations.

The role requires strong leadership, practical maintenance expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• High School Diploma required; additional technical training preferred.
• Facilities management experience is highly desirable.
• OSHA safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with OSHA and regulations.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work.
• Conduct safety inspections and performance evaluations.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
• Support operations and safety standards across the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
