TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance operations at our Houston facility. You will lead a team of technicians, manage preventive and corrective programs, and ensure infrastructure and systems perform optimally.

Role requires strong leadership, solid knowledge of HVAC and building systems, and experience in facilities maintenance. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and collaboration with other departments to improve efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a team of maintenance technicians is required.
• OSHA safety knowledge and facilities management exposure are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with OSHA and regulations.
• Plan and prioritize tasks; monitor progress and deadlines.
• Foster safety and continuous improvement culture within the team.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
• Perform regular safety inspections and audits.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts.
