Job summary

CSUSA in Houston, TX seeks a Night Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance, lead a team, and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong supervisory and CMMS skills, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. You will manage preventive maintenance, safety, and reporting while coordinating with TAS management to optimize uptime.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Prior Supervisory Skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish Preferred.
• Certification in Electrical, HVAC or Mechanical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Create work orders using CMMS.
• Evaluate work performance and enforce company policies.
• Monitor employees and contractors to ensure safety and company policies are followed.
• Communicate maintenance-related activities and equipment statuses to the manager teams.
• Perform periodic reports, keep records, and evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor and schedule outside service.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by TAS Management Team.
