Job summary

TAS Energy in Houston, TX is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, lead a team of technicians, and ensure all equipment and systems operate at peak performance. Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Experience in facilities management is highly desirable.
OSHA safety certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely and in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, and reorder as necessary.
