Qualifications

• Requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Create work orders using CMMS.
• Monitor employees and contractors to ensure safety and company policies are followed.
• Communicate maintenance activities and equipment statuses to management teams.
• Perform periodic reports and maintain records; evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor and schedule outside service providers.
