Job summary

Heidelberg Materials US Cement LLC in New Jersey seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and oversee daily maintenance tasks and PM check sheets. You will report to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager and coordinate with the planner to schedule resources while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires 5 years of maintenance experience with 1–2 years in supervision, cement industry preferred, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience including 1-2 years in supervision.
• Cement industry experience preferred.
• Experience with large rotating heavy industry machinery.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs; off-shift and weekend coverage.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervise a team of Crafts persons to execute daily maintenance tasks and PM check sheets. Support investment projects aligned with HeidelbergCement strategy. Report directly to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager.

Work Environment

• Monday ? Friday 7:00am ? 3:00pm, additional hours may be required per business needs
• Participation in bi-weekly on-call program for after-hours maintenance support.
