Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Cement Plant Lead for our Alabama facility to direct daily production activities while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You will coordinate resources and personnel to maximize equipment performance and plant throughput.

You will coach teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to meet business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.

Work Environment

• Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.
• Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
