Heidelberg Materials North America, a leading building materials supplier, seeks a seasoned Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. You will oversee a team, schedule daily tasks, manage urgent repairs, and drive maintenance programs aligned with company strategy.

Strong leadership and 5+ years in mechanical maintenance are essential. The role requires experience with large rotating machinery, SAP, and MS Office, plus the ability to work off-shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience including 1-2 years in supervision.
• Cement experience preferred.
• Experience with large rotating heavy industry machinery.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs; available for off-shift and weekend coverage.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervise a team of Crafts persons to execute daily maintenance tasks and PM check sheets. Support investment projects aligned with HeidelbergCement strategy. Report directly to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager.

What We Are Looking For

Work Environment

• Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm, additional hours may be required per business needs
• Participation in bi-weekly on-call program for after-hours maintenance support.
