Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a maintenance leader to guide a team responsible for keeping critical cement plant mechanical equipment in peak condition.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, promote safety, and plan resources to meet plant objectives. The role emphasizes reliability improvements and reducing downtime through data-driven initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and support a team responsible for maintaining critical cement plant mechanical equipment.

  • Plan and prioritize maintenance resources, materials, and schedules to meet operational objectives.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in an industrial cement plant environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated heights, confined spaces, dust, varying weather conditions, and elevated noise levels.
