Job summary

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Supervisor of Maintenance to oversee daily maintenance of buildings, mechanical systems, and grounds, including work by in-house staff and outside contractors.

You will train maintenance employees to perform progressively complex interior repairs and installations, ensure safety standards, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs in a culturally respectful environment serving Alaska Native communities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four years of supervisory or team-leader maintenance experience.
• Three years of work experience in related field.
• Trade school education with carpentry focus, or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance of buildings, mechanical systems and grounds, including in-house and contractor work.
• Train staff to perform progressively complex interior repairs and installations.
