The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing maintenance for grounds and common areas of all SCF-owned buildings including basic/simple repair of equipment, maintenance of facilities, and mechanical systems that do not require a trades license, installation or reconfiguration of work stations and shelving/wall hangings and landscaping.
This position has three (3) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
