Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of maintenance supervisory or team leader experience.
• Three years of work experience.
• Trade school education with a focus in carpentry; OR equivalent training and experience.
• At least eighteen years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of buildings, mechanical systems and grounds, including work by in-house staff and outside contractors.
• Ensure maintenance staff are trained to perform progressively complex interior building repairs and installations.
• Maintain safety and reliability of SCF facilities through proactive supervision and execution.
