Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendor activities, and ensure safety and quality. The role partners with the Community Manager to uphold property standards and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling work orders, preventative maintenance, inventory control, and implementing safety programs in line with OSHA and EPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management experience and leadership.
• Ability to schedule, supervise and evaluate maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and EPA/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and oversight of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders and requests.
• Ensure repairs and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
