Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and completes work orders from residents and routine upkeep.
• Diagnoses issues and performs repairs following safety standards.

• Maintains inventory of parts and orders supplies within budget.
• Leads safety meetings and ensures OSHA compliance.
