Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Supervisor in Temecula, CA. The role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with 3–5 years of maintenance supervision experience preferred and EPA certifications required. Housing discounts are available for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent training.
• EPA certification for HVAC Type I/II or Universal is required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident service requests and diagnose defects to perform repairs per policy and safety standards.
• Oversee make-ready processes for leasing vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
