Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in service supervision, EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Onsite housing discounts and robust benefits accompany a full-time schedule with flexible evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience welcomed.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; safe tool use required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Proficient in basic math for administrative and financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and facilities.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with safety rules.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and stay within budget.
