Tarantino Properties seeks an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX and Arlington, TX. You will lead a maintenance team, handle service requests, and ensure market-ready unit turns.

Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge, an EPA HVAC certification, and reliable transportation. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• EPA HVAC certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lead and support a maintenance team.
• Reliability, organization and problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds and common areas.

Tarantino Properties is seeking experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX / Arlington, TX. The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Essential Functions:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
  

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
