Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for our apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX and Arlington, TX.

Ideal candidates will manage a maintenance team, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and ensure unit turns are completed efficiently to keep properties in top condition. Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.

• Respond to residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.

Tarantino Properties is seeking experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX / Arlington, TX. The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Essential Functions

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
