Job summary

Stratton Apartments is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC position in Arlington, TX. You will oversee maintenance tasks, focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs while ensuring timely responses to resident requests and turnover readiness.

Ideal candidates bring strong knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry and general electrical work, plus EPA and pool (CPO) certifications. Leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred, with a commitment to service

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC, carpentry, plumbing and electrical knowledge strongly required.
• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Pool (CPO) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.

• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Pool (CPO) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
