Job summary

Stratton Apartments in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to oversee residential maintenance, HVAC repairs, and turnover work.

You will manage a team, respond to service requests, ensure safety, and maintain grounds. Strong leadership and EPA certification are required; Pool certification is preferred; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and leadership is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• EPA HVAC Certification is required.
• Pool certification (CPO) is required.
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

Duties:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Pool (CPO) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
