Job summary

Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment communities in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, resolving issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, preparing vacants for market,

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
