Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for our apartment communities in Grand Prairie, TX and Arlington, TX.

Ideal candidates will manage a maintenance team, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and ensure unit turns are completed efficiently to keep properties in top condition. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, resolving issues across essential systems, preparing vacant units for

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
