Job summary

Diamante Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate service requests, and ensure high-quality repairs and efficient turnover processes.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, plus proven supervisory abilities and EPA HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Experience leading or supervising a maintenance team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turns and improvements.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal and cleaning.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Diamante Apartments is seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at our apartment community in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, unit turns, and the ability to lead and support a maintenance team.

Essential Functions:

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
  

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation
