Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the community, handle service requests, and ensure safety compliance. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, manage inventory, and uphold preventive maintenance programs.

Essential duties include coordinating work orders, inspecting facilities daily, and promoting safe work practices while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and regular on-site attendance are required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management requests.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safe work practices.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training under the Community Manager.
• Handle on-call emergency duties and document service requests.
