Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across its communities. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety standards, and vendor coordination to keep properties in top condition.

The role requires strong leadership, prior maintenance management experience, and knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations. You will supervise staff, schedule work, and participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and procurement within budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff and train team.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Maintain records of service requests and compliance standards.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Oversee vendor and contractor coordination.

Education
