Greystar in San Diego, CA is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements: 3–5 years of community management maintenance, experience using Yardi Systems or RealPage, and ability to manage work orders from resident requests, make-ready tasks, and vendor coordination.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with residents and team.

Responsabilidades

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and conducts routine upkeep.
• Oversees the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspects work and ensures safety, quality, and code compliance.
