Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead 1 to supervise maintenance staff and optimize equipment performance across assigned lines. The role supports training, work-order execution, and timely repairs to sustain production targets on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma or trade school in electrical/electronics, 3+ years related experience, and knowledge of electrical controls and safety standards. Bilingual skills and food manufacturing exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school in electrical/electronics preferred.
• Two years trade school in electrical or electronics field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily activities of Maintenance employees.
• Assists in training Maintenance staff on equipment and CMM systems.
• Ensures completion of Work Orders assigned to the department.
• Performs repairs/adjustments as required and supports start-up/changeovers.
• Monitors equipment performance during production start-up and new installs.
• Ensures compliance with GMP, SOPs and safety requirements.
