Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Indiana is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to equipment issues, while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance in a dynamic industrial setting.

You will oversee maintenance records, coordinate across departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related diploma preferred.
