Job summary

Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to guide a team of technicians in a fast-paced environment.

You will prioritize preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and ensure safety standards are met across shifts. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong reading of blueprints and schematics, and familiarity with CMMS and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related diploma preferred.

Responsibilities
