The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLC basics, and is motivated to grow technical expertise through hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, safety awareness, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
