• Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installation of new or repaired equipment.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production personnel to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and assistance to technicians, specialists, contractors, and other departments as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and breakdowns while demonstrating proficiency in all areas of mechanical maintenance and repair.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with coursework in mechanical maintenance and at least one related technical discipline (pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, steam/heat transfer, or mechanical drive systems).
• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
• Forklift certification required; associate degree or two-year mechanical certification preferred.
• Must successfully achieve a minimum score of 55% on the technical knowledge assessment.
