Job summary

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies in Indiana is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians. You will prioritize preventive maintenance, address repairs promptly, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

You will read blueprints, use diagnostic tools, and maintain records while coordinating with other departments to optimize production and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related diploma preferred.
