Job summary

Freudenberg in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead a maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient operations, oversee PM activities, and respond promptly to equipment issues to minimize downtime.

You will manage records, support training, and coordinate with other departments. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, experience with CMMS, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with 1+ year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge; able to read blueprints/schematics.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools; knowledge of safety/compliance requirements.
