Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a seasoned maintenance supervisor to lead a team of technicians, ensure safe, reliable operations, and drive preventive maintenance programs. You will oversee repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards across the plant.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in industrial maintenance, leadership experience, and proficiency with CMMS tools, blueprints, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related diploma preferred.
